Called up about and vehicle, it was sold, and some ass clown was very rude and hung up. If the vehicle was there I'm sure I would've gotten a different response. How I'm treated tells me a lot about the management climate of a company. I'm sure this attitude starts at the top and trickles down. A well run sales team would have tried to at least offer/find a similar vehicle, take the customers information and build a relationship. Goes to show you they don't care about you/anything but your wallet. I will NEVER give them another opportunity to earn my business again. Stay Away.
