The place is very accommodating for kids, which was very relieving for me and my 2 year old. The entire staff was friendly and patient. Travis, the service rep that worked with me, was helpful with any questions I had. He was also able to get me in and out as quickly as possible. An outstanding place to get serviced!! :-)

The customer service here is amazing! The salesman JP that helped us was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. It didn't feel like he was selling us anything he actually made us feel like family. The finance manager Roni was the same way. He was very helpful in answering all of our concerns. I'm glad we bought our cars from here. I would recommend Bev Smith Kia to anyone!

Extremely great customer service. I have gone in here with car trouble and still seem to walk out smiling. Greet employees. Rare to find customer service like this nowadays. Definitely recommend.

I met Mike (Mo) Ashley the first time during one of my service visits. We discussed the possibility of getting out of my current lease in order to upgrade into another Kia. Eventually, by the third visit after that I got into a nicely upgraded Kia. Throughout those visits, Mike has always been friendly, courteous, and up-front about the process. He kept in touch with me via e-mail regarding sales events and new deals.
